It would have been more relevant to put in a Vietnam side story. And they made it sound like the band was so accepting when in truth they were not accepting in the 1979's. They jam in a story about a lesbian couple "not that there is anything wrong with lesbians" but that wasn't a 70's thing. No says "can you dig it?" They don't ever reference Watergate and barely mention the Vietnam war. They don't talk like people from the 1970's. It's like this was written by a 20 year old who never set foot or even investigated the 1970's I'm glad it's supposed to be a one season and done series. I'm 8 episodes in and so far it's pretty boring but not terrible.
